Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Base Rate: Rates are based on 16 guests. Additional guest fees apply for groups exceeding this number. Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 2 is required. Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee of $295 will be added to your booking. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. This will be returned within 3 days after check-out, provided no damage is reported. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! A pet fee of $50 applies per stay. Please ensure pets are supervised and use the designated gated dog park area. Taxes: Local and state taxes will be added to the total booking amount. Holiday Rates: Rates may vary during holidays, special events, and peak seasons. Noise Policy: Please be mindful of our neighbors. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in additional charges or termination of stay. Train Proximity: Passing trains can be heard multiple times a day. Many guests find this to be a charming feature, but light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs for added comfort.
